The hotel needs urgent upgrades as it looks very old and the rooms are small with a dusty smell. The bathroom ceiling needs attention as rainwater drips in. On the positive side, the dining experience was reasonably good. The location is not in the new phase and is in a high traffic area, making it challenging to enjoy traditional dishes. The service received from the front office staff was unprofessional at times.
